Carwari Organic Brown Rice Vinegar is made from 100 percent organic brown rice. Fermented by a natural and traditional Japanese method that allows the fermentation process to occur slowly. Rich and mellow flavour. It has a pleasant fruity scent, instead of a heavy stuffy smell that is common for rice vinegar.
Recommended for use to flavour Sushi rice and use in traditional and modern Asian cuisine.
Store in a cool dry place. Close the cap properly after use.
