HOW TO USE
Place 1 cup of Chef’s Choice Freekeh, 3 cups of cold water/stock and 1/2 tsp salt (optional) into a saucepan and bring to boil.
Reduce to simmer and cover. Cook gently for approximately a further 15-20 mins or until tender.
Store in a cool dry place.
Up to 18 months when properly stored. See Best Before date.
