Chef’s Choice Premium Selected Australian Cracked Freekeh is made from Australian grown durum wheat and is a versatile superfood packed with nutrition and health benefits. It’s quick and easy to prepare and is a great addition to tasty salads, breakfast cereals, soups, casseroles and more.
Place 1 cup of Chef’s Choice Freekeh, 3 cups of cold water/stock and 1/2 tsp salt (optional) into a saucepan and bring to boil.
Reduce to simmer and cover. Cook gently for approximately a further 15-20 mins or until tender.
Store in a cool dry place.
