The buckwheat has been milled in the traditional method, blended to an original recipe and immediately packed and sealed to ensure the best possible freshness, flavour and nutritive value.
HOW TO USE
Make delicious chocolate chip pancakes and waffles or make nutritious protein pancakes.
1. Empty contents of packet into a bowl and add 8 fl oz cold water, 3 fl oz milk, 3 eggs (lightly beaten). Stir all ingredients into smooth batter. Use more liquid for thinner pancakes.
2. Lightly grease fry pan and preheat.
3. Pour batter into fry pan to desired size and cook over low-medium heat. When the edge of the pancake appears cooked and bubbles have burst, turn over and cook other side until golden brown.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
