HOW TO USE
Used in baking bread and bakery products, serving as a leavening agent which causes the bread to rise (expand and become lighter and softer) by converting the fermentable sugars present in the dough into carbon dioxide and ethanol.
Store in a dry cool place. Yeast is damaged by water and moisture, so we recommend that once opened, you keep your yeast in an air tight jar.
Up to 18 months when properly stored.
