Chef’s Choice Certified Organic Soya Bean Flour is produced by hulling the whole soya bean then finely milling through the secondary milling system into a soft, yellow flour.
Can used as a thickening agent in gravies and sauces, or it can be added, finely powderedm to baked goods.
It is used extensively to make fudge and other candies, pies, doughnutsm cakes and rolls. pasta. pancake mixes and frozen desserts.
Store in a cool dry place.
